Return Policy

Here is our return policy:

  • Full refund on the product (less shipping): most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please see individual product pages for specific guarantees.  At a minimum, you have 30 days. Some may be even more. 
  • Incorrect (or defective) items due to our error: we will pay the return shipping cost.

  • Clearance and sale items are final.

Refund time-line: Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the product. It may, however, take one to two billing cycles for it to reflect on your credit card statement. 

To return an item:

  1. Login to your account,
  2. Go to “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu; and,
  3. Select the item to return
  4. Cick the Return Item(s) button.

You will receive by email the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (all product returns require a RMA or will not be accepted), as well as the return instructions and shipping address. We will also notify you of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. 

Note: We do our best to securely package every order but accidents do happen in transit. Packages showing substantial external damage at the time of delivery should be refused. If you're not home to refuse the delivery, please do not open the box and contact us immediately. We appreciate your help in this matter.
