Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that orders especially heavy shipements may ship with UPS of FedEx Ground or DHL even if you have selected USPS.

Shipping is very costly! Since we rarely charge the actual costs for shipping, we will opt for the most economical shipping. For example, shipping a 20 lb bag of Magnesium Flakes across the country costs close to $70.

We don't think it's fair to you to add the cost of shipping to the cost of the product which most companies that offer free shipping do.

TIMELINE

• All orders require 24 - 48 hours processing prior to shipping.  Please take that into consideration when upgrading your shipping to Priority Mail / Expedited Shipping.
• We do not process orders during holidays or weekends.  
• FedExHome and the USPS generally will deliver packages on Saturdays.  Otherwise, no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday. 
• We do not guarantee same day shipping but we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible!

SHIPPING METHODS

• Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 business days + processing time.
• Expedited Shipping -  2 to 5 business days + processing time.

All packages regardless of shipping method are trackable via the respective shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL ) website. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Our products ship from various locations across the country so may take more or less time depending on the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International Orders usual take extra processing time (1-2 business days) for verification purposes.  
• If you are placing your order while outside the USA or if you intend to ship your order outside the USA, please pay using your Paypal account and use a shipping address that is verified with Paypal.
• Some orders may be canceled due to hazardous materials like alcohol in a product. Every country has its own requirements which makes it impossible for us to restrict the purchasing of the product in the first place. We do apologize for this inconvenience.  

In cases where we need to ship a product that is considered a hazardous material like a product which contains alcohol, we may have to ship with a different carrier. In cases like this, we will notify you of any additional shipping & handling costs before shipping your order.
