The concept that lavender can be used to help promote a restful nights sleep is not a new one. Lavender has been used for centuries as a herbal remedy and is believed to be beneficial for a multitude of ailments. There are three zones the patch can be applied to: the heel, the arch or the ball of the foot. Before going to bed simply remove the outer packaging and place the patches horizontally across the soles of each foot, pressing firmly to secure them. Patches should be left on for between 6-12 hours during sleep time and a new one should be applied each night. To help you sleep, it's recommended to use the patches for a minimum 3 – 10 nights.
