    The concept that lavender can be used to help promote a restful nights sleep is not a new one. Lavender has been used for centuries as a herbal remedy and is believed to be beneficial for a multitude of ailments. In folklore, pillows were filled with lavender flowers to help restless people fall asleep.

    Patches should be left on for between 6-12 hours during sleep time and a new one should be applied each night. To help you sleep, it's recommended to use the patches for a minimum 3 – 10 nights. Once you feel you have achieved the desired result indicated by the patch coloring and how you feel, the patches can then be used as a maintenance program for 3 days or longer when required.

    To help with detox, the manufacturer suggests consuming a minimum of 1.5 liters of water daily. The water acts as the carrier to flush impurities out through the soles of your feet which are then absorbed by the patches.
